This modern Scandinavian-inspired home, owned by a friend from high school, Adrian Adriano; designed and built by yours truly, is now completed and is welcoming AIRBNB guests at this very desirable location, Tagaytay Country Homes 1. We were able to achieve a clean yet distinct building form, using a straight yet angled edge at the front facade, and using mainly white, grey black and wood, in keeping with the Scandinavian theme. The open plan and atrium added more volume and light to the common interior spaces. The colors and textures from outside were brought into the house for continuity and consistency. Natural light and air are welcomed from almost anywhere in the house
Spaces are furnished by the Adriano family themselves (with just a little guidance), and we couldn't have been more grateful to have such tasteful Client who trusted us and listened to us throughout the entire process. And this project had been blessed further by a team of skilled workers, responsible leaders at the ground, admin and support staff and artistic designers who worked together to sail the project through smoothly for a period of eight (8) months. We are proud and grateful!
