The construction is part of a consolidated urban area, originated in the 60s, now a transition zone between multifamily housing blocks, some urban equipment and single family villas.
The urban layout is quite regular, dispite from an architectural point of view, the majority of buildings don't have a coherent or atractive image. The neighborhood is characterized by the absence of some rules with regard to distances between buildings and distances between constructions and street. We tried to regularize the street's building alignments, through a clear and unified picture of the four villas, as a counterpoint. To do this we used materials and colors that highlighted the volume as a whole.
The condominium consists of four villas with types T3+1, distributed through 3 floors and common areas.
