Warning!!! Knox (Co-founder) has taken R75k from us and has delivered 2 bathrooms with chipped tiles throughout the bathrooms, the tiling is not aligned with the shower glass, one wall was been tiled askew, there's no edging done around the windows and other rough edges. The 3rd bathroom has no equipment installed and the owner refused to procure the equipment. The timeline for the project was 3 weeks but after 8 weeks, I have 3 unfinished bathrooms. The owner allowed cracked tiles to be installed in the bathrooms and initially presented 2 bathrooms with all the plumbing showing. The team worked this Monday from 10am to 5pm and in that time removed about 7 tiles from the wall tiled askew and replaced 1 chipped tile. The excuses and lies was the only thing consistent throughout the project. You, as a customer, put your faith in people to complete your project. Then you get dishonest, unreliable and incompetent people like Knox Mahlaba who mess around and blame you for it. Beware....
