Our maintenance technician was excellent. He called to let us know he was on his way. Arrived right on schedule and completed our maintenance both inside are unit and on the condo roof. Thank you for such good service.

For several years Allen Kelly has been our go to for all heating and cooling needs. Started with a repair years ago, and since then they have replaced our old systems and do bi-annual checks for change in seasons. They are prompt, courteous, and very reliable. Gives a homeowner peace of mind to be associated with a trustworthy company. I highly recommend them!

Before the tech arrived, we received an email and a phone call stating who our tech would be and they are on the way. Jason was our tech today and he did an outstanding job. He checked everything to make sure the problem was only the thermostat and not something more. Gave suggestions and options on repair and the prices. Very pleased, and will continue to use them for all hvac needs.
