This company fitted two wardrobes in my home. The initial contact was very satisfactory but things quickly went downhill. I had asked them right from the start to fit my wardrobes during a certain period. They said this was possible so I paid my deposit. However, I heard nothing from them so two weeks before 'the agreed fitting period' I rang to find out exactly when they were coming. You guessed it - they werent! and this is how things carried on. Then they couldn't supply the type of wood Id chosen, and so it went on. The best bit is that they expect full payment before delivery. Which is non-negotiable - but when you find something wrong - you havent any leverage because once they have your money they are not really interested in sorting problems out. It left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. Id think very hard before you employ this company.

Completely agree with all the negative comments made here. We paid £13, 000 for a few rooms to be fitted. The staff boasted how good they were. It was scheduled, they took a deposit and then they got to work. When I say they it was one guy, who turned up mid day as apparently he had to prep the kitchen? We thought he wasn't going to turn up, but he did and we saw the progress. The there was radio silence - but payment was taken again - which was unauthorized for the full amount!! There was many half finished jobs, bits missing here and there, it was so bad that when we opened the cupboards in the bedroom they hadn't even bothered putting 'backs' on them! So my husband had to cut wood to fit all the backs and sort them. They made bodge mistakes like not cutting big enough holes for electric sockets and then the fitter refused to touch them after one of his fellow colleagues had botched it up. Again, my husband had to redo them because nobody organised a thing. My husband and I called many times hoping to speak to the ever elusive KATIE STEADMAN who in my mind needs sacking because she can't do her job for toffee! She is a coward who won't even come to the phone and gets Mel or one of the other staff members to phone people for her. SHOCKING!!!! This is meant to be a nice experience, something we have waited for for a while and now we have had to fix LINK DESIGNS mistakes. Please Please Please avoid! You would be better going to IKEA and doing it yourself and for a quarter of the price.

Do not go anywhere near this firm, they take you money and run. We have been waiting 6 months for a worktop to be replaced after numerous phone calls letters and emails they just promise they will come and nobody can be bothered to turn up just excuse after excuse, they do not return your calls when promised and the production manager is supposed to be dealing with it but can't be bothered to get in touch. We have been waiting for brackets for our cupboard which broke the first week The fitter was a waste of time did not turn up when he should off just get fobbed off by the firm when you ring up. We are taking legal action now do not think there gas fitters or electricians are properly qualified they are all a set of cowboys.
