Towers School Site, Lee Evans Partnership Lee Evans Partnership Modern home

Initially Lee Evans Partnership worked with the Towers School in Ashford to provide a scheme to develop vacant land tot he school frontage in order to raise funding to provide new sports facilities for the school. As the site was heavily planted with mature trees, Lee Evans Partnership worked closely with the Ashford Borough Council Planning department in order to retain the trees fronting the main Faversham Road.

The approved scheme was designed to provide 11 3 bed semi-detached end detached dwellings to meet Ashford Borough Council’s housing standards. The units are accessed via a private drive and all benefit from off-street parking and either carport or garages have been designed to reflect the local building style and materials. The site, now known as ‘Montford Place’ was later purchased and developed by Abbey New Homes for whom LEP provided full construction drawing packages.
