Nestling in the grounds of the Grade II listed ‘Ingles Manor’ and forming part of the Lord Radnor Estate lies ‘Castle Mews’, a new development of 3 and 4 bedroom terraces and semi-detached dwellings. Commissioned by the Trustees of the Viscount Folkestone, Lee Evans Partnership gained planning approval for this first phase of a 3-phase residential development. Having purchased the site with planning, Murston Construction has developed Phase 1 to a high standard of finish.

The 13 dwellings, arranged over two or three floors, include large two storey glazed bay windows, some units with integral garages, and/or terraces and large open plan living spaces. The timber frame dwellings use face brick external walls with brick and nominal tile hanging detailing under plain tile roofs to reflect the use of similar materials local to the site.

The site, adjacent to Folkestone Council Offices, was constructed under the watchful eye of the Planning Officer who worked closely with Murston Construction to ensure a high standard of finished and materials was maintained.
