Located in a central area that is undergoing a rapid transformation process, the house PV, aims to provide a series of lights on how you can make city from recycling structures pre-existing contributing to urban quality environment.
The project addresses remodeling a house of a plant built in the sixties, on an area of 8 meters wide by 24 fund; organized by 2 courtyards. This is a typology that is repeated in various parts of the city that are in the process of transformation.
The order includes living spaces and work spaces for the inhabitants of the house. In this sense the project re-structured linkages private areas and living areas, as well as access to work areas, through linkages structured by open spaces, garage, patios, terrace on the second level.
In addition to generating open spaces, with cross and illuminated ventilation, use of local materials, the project is committed to the integration of the house into the existing context through a dialogue with the immediate context and integrate mixed use in the area without modify the essence and identity of area.
