The 3D images of villa projects are an excellent way to get to know some details that you can incorporate in the design of your house. By carefully observing plans and three-dimensional drawings, you will have a better idea of how exactly to outfit your home's interior and exterior spaces.

In the next 13 images, you will have at your disposal many ideas that you should keep in your favourites so that, together with your family, you can study how you would like to build your dream house. Keep all the information you like, because when talking to an architect, these same images will be the beginning of everything. The architects will realize what type of home you are looking for, what style, and with what special features. The more information the better–so let's get to it!

1. A small house

This small house can help you see the best proportions and scales for rooms and other divisions of the house.

2. Distribution with internal courtyard

In a house with three bedrooms and an internal courtyard, the layout of the social area is an excellent idea, thus achieving more clarity and natural ventilation.

3. A great way to integrate divisions

In this picture we have a house with two bedrooms, where the main interest is in the integration of social area, kitchen, and dining room. The internal circulation of the house is defined from the entrance door to the doors of the rooms, and is very well designed as it has not wasted any space.

4. A compact house

In this design, the rooms share a bathroom at the end of the corridor. Next to this is the living room. The sofa was placed with its back to the window and the environment is perceived to be comfortable.

5. Including a garage

One way to solve the integration of a garage in a small house is to incorporate it at the entrance, as seen in this image. This entrance must have enough space allowing the pedestrian entrance next to the parked car.

6. A mini house or studio

This mini home is ideal for a single person or student, as it has few square meters. For this, the house needed an optimal planning and division of spaces. When you enter, there is a mini dining table in front, and to the left sit a kitchen area and mini couch. The kitchen has sliding doors completely concealing it when looking for a more organised and clean environment. The room starts just after the dining table wall. This serves as a closet and divides in a way the environment, without the use of doors. The headboard of the bed hides the bathroom and another storage area. This studio would not be the same without this mini balcony.

7. Ground floor ideas

This house is also compact, but has two floors, which we can deduce via the drawing of a staircase just outside the house. The social area is integrated into a large and single division. Kitchen, living room, and dining room share the same space.

8. Top floor design

On the upper floor of this house, you will find a very comfortable family room, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

9. With a pool

Here we have a large house with big rooms and a back garden. There's also a deck with a pool and a grassy area. Enjoy and see the organisation and layout of furniture from division to division.

10. Social area connected to the patio

The plan corresponding to the ground floor has (as one of the main focuses) a curved staircase in the full area of the room giving access to the upper floor. The pool and the floor around it is an important part in integrating the social area with the outside.

11. All around

Notice how the areas in this house were divided. The kitchen and dining room do not have a direct connection as usual, but are connected by one end. A large open window communicates the living room with the dining area.

12. Perfect kitchen design

A kitchen drawing, where the island in the centre is flanked by tall bench, makes for the optimal kitchen design. The counter area occupies a large part of the space and it is L-shaped. The different areas are well defined, which makes this kitchen a very functional and organised space.

13. Family home with three bedrooms

Our last plan shows us a zone with two bedrooms and a common bathroom, one of them with closet. One of the (social) lavatories is accessible to the entire floor and very close to the living room. The other double bedroom with en-suite bathroom also has an area and direct access to the closet. What a dream!
